متابعات _ الهدهد نيوز _ أصدرت وزارة الخارجية والهجرة وشؤون المصريين بالخارج بياناً مشتركاً بمشاركة وزراء خارجية عدد من الدول العربية والإسلامية، عبّرت فيه تلك الدول عن قلقها البالغ إزاء التصعيد المتسارع في منطقة الشرق الأوسط، وذلك في ضوء الهجمات الإسرائيلية الأخيرة التي استهدفت أراضي الجمهورية الإسلامية الإيرانية. ويأتي هذا التحرك المشترك بعد اتصالات مكثفة أجراها وزير الخارجية المصري الدكتور بدر عبد العاطي مع عدد من نظرائه، أسفرت عن التوافق على إصدار موقف موحّد يعكس رفضاً واضحاً للتصعيد العسكري في المنطقة، والدعوة إلى تغليب الدبلوماسية والحوار.
وشارك في البيان وزراء خارجية كل من مصر والسودان والسعودية والإمارات وقطر والكويت والأردن والعراق وليبيا والجزائر وتركيا وباكستان وسلطنة عمان والبحرين وتشاد وجيبوتي وجامبيا وموريتانيا والصومال والقمر المتحدة وبروناي دار السلام، في خطوة تؤكد وجود توافق إقليمي بشأن خطورة الوضع الراهن، وضرورة اتخاذ مواقف واضحة ضد أي انتهاكات لسيادة الدول أو خروقات للقانون الدولي.
وأكد البيان رفض وإدانة هذه الهجمات باعتبارها خرقاً صارخاً لميثاق الأمم المتحدة وانتهاكاً لمبادئ القانون الدولي، وشدد على أهمية احترام سيادة الدول وسلامة أراضيها والامتناع عن الأعمال العدائية التي قد تؤدي إلى تصعيد واسع وغير محسوب في المنطقة. وأعرب الموقعون على البيان عن قلقهم العميق إزاء التبعات المحتملة لهذا التصعيد، لا سيما في ظل تزايد التوترات الإقليمية، مشيرين إلى أن الحلول العسكرية لا يمكن أن تفضي إلى تسوية دائمة للنزاعات، بل تزيد من تفاقم الأزمات وتعريض المدنيين للخطر.
ودعا البيان إلى وقف فوري للأعمال العسكرية والعودة إلى طاولة المفاوضات كسبيل وحيد للتوصل إلى اتفاق مستدام بشأن البرنامج النووي الإيراني. كما شدد الموقعون على ضرورة حماية المنشآت النووية الخاضعة لإشراف الوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرية، محذرين من استهدافها لما يشكله ذلك من خرق جسيم للقانون الدولي الإنساني.
كما طالب البيان بإخلاء منطقة الشرق الأوسط من الأسلحة النووية وأسلحة الدمار الشامل، داعياً جميع دول المنطقة للانضمام إلى معاهدة عدم انتشار الأسلحة النووية دون استثناء، والعمل وفقاً للقرارات الدولية ذات الصلة. وشدد الموقعون على البيان أيضاً على ضرورة حماية حرية الملاحة في الممرات الدولية وتجنب أية أعمال قد تؤدي إلى زعزعة الأمن البحري.
ويعكس هذا البيان المشترك موقفاً إقليمياً موحداً يعارض التصعيد ويطالب بحلول سلمية قائمة على الحوار واحترام القانون الدولي، في لحظة توتر تشهدها المنطقة على خلفية التصعيد بين إسرائيل وإيران، الأمر الذي يعزز من أهمية الأصوات الداعية لضبط النفس وتغليب صوت العقل علي لغة السلاح

hodhodnews _ The Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates issued a joint statement in coordination with the Foreign Ministers of numerous Arab and Islamic countries, expressing deep concern over the rapidly escalating tensions in the Middle East, particularly following the recent Israeli attacks on the Islamic Republic of Iran. The statement follows a series of diplomatic consultations led by Egypt’s Foreign Minister Dr. Badr Abdel Aaty, which resulted in a unified regional stance rejecting the military escalation and advocating for diplomacy and peaceful resolution.
The statement was endorsed by the Foreign Ministers of Egypt, Sudan, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Kuwait, Jordan, Iraq, Libya, Algeria, Türkiye, Pakistan, Oman, Bahrain, Chad, Djibouti, Gambia, Mauritania, Somalia, the Comoros, and Brunei Darussalam, demonstrating a strong regional consensus on the gravity of the current situation and the need to uphold international law and state sovereignty.
The signatories strongly condemned the Israeli strikes, labeling them as a clear violation of the UN Charter and international legal norms, while emphasizing the urgent need to respect the sovereignty and territorial integrity of all states. They warned that the continuation of such hostilities risks a dangerous and uncontrollable regional escalation with potentially devastating consequences.
The joint statement called for an immediate cessation of hostilities and a return to negotiations as the only viable pathway to achieving a sustainable resolution to Iran’s nuclear file. It also underlined the imperative of protecting nuclear facilities under the safeguards of the International Atomic Energy Agency, warning against targeting such sites as it constitutes a grave breach of international humanitarian law.
Moreover, the signatories reiterated their longstanding call for the establishment of a Middle East free of nuclear weapons and other weapons of mass destruction. They urged all states in the region to join the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons without exception and to comply with all relevant international resolutions.
The joint message also emphasized the necessity of preserving freedom of navigation in international waterways and avoiding any acts that could endanger maritime security. This unified regional statement reflects a shared commitment to opposing military solutions and promoting diplomacy, dialogue, and adherence to international law as the only means of resolving the ongoing crises in the Middle East.
